TICTeC 2025, Mechelen & online

With support from the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), mySociety will host the 8th Impacts of Civic Technology Conference (TICTeC) on 10 & 11 June 2025 in Mechelen, and online.
TICTeC 2024, London & online
June 12, 2024
With support from the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), mySociety hosted the 7th Impacts of Civic Technology Conference (TICTeC) on 12 & 13 June 2024 in London.
TICTeC 2020, Online
March 24, 2020
Thanks to generous support from Facebook, Luminate, Google, Balsamiq, the MacArthur Foundation and Citizens Foundation, mySociety hosted the sixth TICTeC virtually on 24 and 25 March 2020. TICTeC 2020 was meant to take place in Reykjavik, Iceland, but due to the global coronavirus pandemic was held virtually instead. Over 250 people from over 30 different countries attended the virtual event; thank you to everyone who came and everyone who presented their work. Resources from the conference can be viewed below. TICTeC Local 2019, London
November 1, 2019
On 1st November 2019, mySociety hosted the second TICTeC Local event at City Hall in London. The event bought together 140 local government representatives, CSOs, practitioners, academics, private sector representatives and researchers from across the UK and beyond.
TICTeC 2019, Paris

In association with the OECD, and with support from Google, Luminate and the MacArthur Foundation, mySociety hosted the fifth TICTeC on 19 and 20 March 2019 in Paris. TICTeC Local 2018, Manchester

On 6th November 2018, mySociety hosted the first ever TICTeC Local event at The Federation in Manchester. The event bought together 100 local government representatives, CSOs, practitioners, academics, private sector representatives and researchers from across the UK and beyond. Thanks to the generous support of the Hewlett Foundation, mySociety hosted the second The Impacts of Civic Technology Conference (TICTeC2016) on 27th and 28th April 2016 in Barcelona, Spain.
140 people from 29 different countries attended, bringing together individuals from academic and applied backgrounds as well as businesses, public authorities, NGOs and education institutions to discuss ideas, present research and build a network of individuals interested in the civic technology landscape.
