Franklin De Vrieze is Head of Practice Accountability at Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD), the UK’s public body for international democracy assistance. Franklin De Vrieze co-edited the recent WFD Guidelines for AI in Parliaments. He is a democracy and governance expert with extensive experience in post conflict, fragile and transition countries. His areas of expertise are parliamentary strengthening, legislative impact analysis and post-legislative scrutiny, institution building for anti-corruption and integrity, and the oversight role of parliaments on public finances and public debt.
