Evelien is the Vice President of Association Civic Tech Europe (ACTE), and Co-Founder of Dembrane, a Duthc start-up developing an online platform and methodology to facilitate dialogue between all stakeholders when working on (complex) open-ended questions surrounding technology implementation and transition management.
