Helen joined the Open Government Partnership Support Unit in January 2016. She is a Senior Regional Coordinator for Europe, providing guidance and assistance to governments and civil society organisations across Europe. She supports countries in the region to adopt and implement open government policies in collaboration with a network of partners.
Prior to joining OGP, Helen worked at Transparency International Secretariat where she managed projects tackling political corruption. She focused on lobbying reform, aiming to bring greater transparency and ethics to political influence activities. She holds a BA in Russian and French and an MA in Politics, Security and Integration, both from University College London. Helen is originally from the U.K., but has been living in Berlin for the last 9 years.

Helen presents key learnings from OGP’s experience in replicating and scaling projects across borders.
