Civics Product Partnerships Manager for EMEA
Claire Foulquier-Gazagnes works at the intersection of Tech and Social Impact. She manages Google Search Product Partnerships related to Civics and Education, across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. She previously strived to make culture available to everyone everywhere at Google Arts & Culture and to encourage voter turnout within the Google Elections taskforce.
Born and raised in Montpellier, France, Claire has served in France’s Chief Data Officer team, Etalab, and rotated at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. She holds a BA from Sciences Po and a Dual MA from HEC Paris and Sciences Po. She enjoys teaching Digital Transformation at Sciences Po and advancing gender equality at Women@Google.

Civic Tech activist and Open Data advocate for the French government turned Partnership Manager for Civics at Google, Claire Foulquier-Gazagnes will share words of welcome to TICTeC participants, on behalf of Google Civics. She will introduce the Civic Googlers present of the conference and will kick off conversations on how to have positive social impact at scale. Google has been supporting TICTeC since its inception and partners with government and civil society civic organizations in areas related to its civic products and features.
The Civic Tech conference that plugs a gap in debate, networking and research between practitioners, commentators, academics and funders of civic technology.
