Ana Neves is the founder and managing director of Knowman. Previously she was Senior Consultant at Headshift, Knowledge Network Manager in agencies of the British Department of Health and Cultural Change Manager at a large British bank. She organises Social Now.
She has recently finished a project for the Federal Government of Brazil, identifying and understanding European digital platforms which make citizens active members of public sector innovation.
Ana is responsible for Cidadania 2.0, a project committed to promote the use of social technologies and open data to engage civic participation. She is part of the management team of APDSI (Portuguese Association for the Promotion and Development of the Information Society) where she also leads a work group on CivicTech.
She co-edited the books “Gestão de Empresas na Era do Conhecimento” (Portugal, 2003) and “Dá Pra Fazer – Gestão do Conhecimento e Inovação no Setor Público” (Brazil, 2014).
